How long will it take to receive my order? 

We operate under normal business days.: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm. Your order will be processed within 24hrs and shipped within 48hrs. Once a shipping label is created, you will be notified via email with tracking information/delivery estimate. Please wait up to 24 hrs for the tracking information to update, sometimes the label has just been created but not taken to the post office yet.

We ship via US Postal Service- First-Class, to keep shipping costs down. Delivery time varies.

* Domestic US shipping: 1-5 business days to receive depending on location from origin – California.

* International First Class Shipping: 5-10 business days + additional days depending on Customs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please email us promptly before we ship it out! slimepuffs@gmail.com Our shipping station checks for address errors only within the US. We will email you if the provided address is coming up invalid. International orders, please double check if your shipping address is correct!

If your package is returned to us because of incorrect shipping address, we will not reship. You will be given a refund minus the shipping costs initially paid. 

What is the slime activator for?

The consistency of the slime upon arrival may be different from when we shipped it, due to shipping conditions beyond our control - long delivery time (especially international orders), temperature it’s stored, handling, etc…) Sometimes the slime ingredients separate, shrink/deflate, melts and gets too sticky. If it’s too sticky/slimey/liquidy, we provide slime activator with every purchase to easily fix this.

Directions for Slime Activator

For white glue based slime : 
Add the borax powder (1/2 teaspoon) into 1/2 cup of hot water & stir until dissolved

For clear glue based slime:
 Add the borax powder (1/2 teaspoon) into 1 cup of hot water & stir until dissolved

****Add only a tiny tiny DROP AT A TIME (less than 1/8 of a teaspoon) of the activator to the slime, one tiny drop goes a long way. Knead/Mix first before you add more drops.

Knead until the slime does not stick to 
you anymore.

Store the borax and water mixture in an empty water bottle or container for future use.

DO NOT add too much 
of the slime activator mixture or it will cause slime to harden and break!

***NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR RUINED SLIME IF TOO MUCH ACTIVATOR MIX IS APPLIED*** we will not replace or accept returns

-Always wash your hands before playing with it

-Play with it on a clean surface (plate works well!)

-Keep slime in container after use to avoid drying up.

-Store in a cool place

DO NOT

-Ingest, slime is not edible!

-use on abraded skin

What ingredients are used in slime?

We use quality ingredients in our slime. Ingredients for different slimes are on the description.

Depending on type of slime, some of the slime contain the following ingredients. Do not purchase if allergic to any of the following ingredients: 

Non-toxic glue, shaving cream, scented lotion, foam soap, cornstarch, borax, styrofoam beads, clay, fimo canes, glitter, food coloring, acrylic paint, pigment, putty

Slimes are not edible, do not ingest.
